Don’t forget we are closed until 3pm today.  All classes after 3pm are running as normal.

Strength

Back Squat 5 x 3

Conditioning 

5 Rounds:

AMRAP 1:00

5 DB Thrusters

10 Mountain Climbers

Rest :30

Extra Work (To be performed after class on your own)

Walking Lunge 3 x 8; hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides

Spend 10:00 practicing your double unders or perform AMRAP 2:00 Double Unders.
