Back Squat 1RM


5 Rounds:

AMRAP 2:00

5 Thrusters 155/95

20 Mountain Climbers

Rest 1:00

Extra Work (To be performed on your own after class)

Split Squat 3 x 8; Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides

AMRAP 2:00 Double Unders; Wear a vest if you are proficient with this movement
