Strength

Push Press 3-3-3-3-3; all 5 sets are ascending in weight

Conditioning

On the minute for 10:00 perform 5-10 push-ups

At the top of the last minute perform AMRAP 2:00 DB Clean Thrusters

Extra Work

3 x 10 Back Extension; add weight if necessary

3 x 8 DB Pull-overs
