Weightlifting

Spend 10:00 warming up your snatch.

On a 6:00 running clock perform:
400m Run
With the remaining time find a 1RM snatch

Conditioning

On the minute for 10:00 perform 10 Ring Push-ups

At the top of the last minute perform AMRAP 2:00 DB Clean Thrusters 55/35

Extra Work

3 x 10 Back Extension; add weight if necessary

3 x 8 DB Pull-overs
