Athena Clean Pull

Strength

Front Squat 1RM

90% x 2 x 2

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

400m Run

15 Burpees

15 OHS 95/65

Extra Work

Weighted Pull-ups 5 x 3

Kipping Pull-ups 3 x Max Reps; Leave 1-2 in the tank, don’t go to failure

or

Banded Pull-ups 5 x 5

Chin over bar hold 3 x max; perform a static hold at the top portion of the pull-up (chin over the bar, arms flexed) for as long as you can
