Olivia snatch

Strength

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5; First set will be with 70% of last weeks 1RM, every set following will increase by 10lbs. After each set of squats immediately perform 2 seated box jumps, increasing the height each set

Conditioning

For time:

20-15-10-5 Wall-balls 20/14

5-10-15-20 Pull-ups

Extra Work

AMRAP 2:00 Double Unders

Accumulate 30 barbell rollouts; number of sets is up to athlete
