Box Squat

 

Strength

Bench Press 5-5-5; ascending in weight

Pendlay Row 5-5-5; ascending in weight

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:
400m Run w/ Med Ball
Rest 1:00

Extra Work

Handstand Push-up 3 x max; have advanced athletes go to deficit

Ring Push-ups 3 x 10; wear vest if needed

or

Piked HSPU on box 3 x max

Push-ups 3 x 10; wear vest if needed

or

Push-up Negatives 5 x 5

Front Plank 3 x :30
