Workout of the Day 3/4/2013

Strength

Back Squat 5 x3; add 5-10lbs. from last weeks 3 x 5 and perform 5 x 3

Conditioning

For 10:00 perform:
1:00 Jump Rope
1:00 DB Hang Clean
The athlete is encouraged to work the entire minute for the jump rope, score is max reps hang clean; encourage athletes not to game this workout

Extra Work

AMRAP 2:00 Double Unders or spend 10:00 practicing double unders.

Accumulate 30 barbell rollouts; number of sets is up to athlete
