Snatch 90% x 1 x 5

Conditioning

5 Rounds:
10 Deadlifts; Bodyweight
25 Box Jumps 24″

Extra Work

Back Extentension 3 x 10; add weight if necessary

Accumulate 10 Rope Climbs or 20 Half Climbs

    snatch: 145 x 3, then dropped to 135# to work on form stuff.
