Weightlifting

Snatch 10 x 1 On the minute; add weight every 2-4 reps

Conditioning

5 Rounds:
10 Deadlifts
15 Box Jumps

Extra Work

Back Extentension 3 x 10; add weight if necessary

Accumulate 10 Rope Climbs or 20 Half Climbs
