Strength

Deadlift 3 x 5

Conditioning

For time:
Run 400 meters
One arm dumbbell power snatch, alternate arms, 40 reps.
Run 800 meters
One arm dumbbell power snatch, alternate arms, 40 reps
Run 400 meters.

Extra Work

Weighted Pull-ups 5-5-5

Dumbbell Row 3 x 15; DB’s touch the floor, perform 1 arm using a bench as support
