Kaylin Squat



Snatch from floor + Hang Snatch 10 x 2 on the minute


3 Rounds for time:
400m or 800m Run
10 -15 DB Squat Cleans
Adjust distance/reps if needed for different fitness levels

Extra Work

AMRAP 10:00 50 Unbroken Double Unders; Adjust the number of reps to your current skill level, if unable to string together sets of 10 or more spend 10:00 practicing stringing together double unders
