    WOD: 9 low, 79 FS total. (13, 11, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 10) Jello legs!
    Time 8:05, Rx’d.

    Row: Started Mandy Candy ‘race’ style…400m at 1:36, rest ~30 secs, then decided to just finish 1600m at 7:38.
