Workout of the Day 3/18/2013

Strength

Back Squat 2 x 5, 1 x 5+; use the same weight from Friday, on the last set perform a max set completing a minimum of 5 reps

Conditioning

For time:
40 Kettlebell swings
20 Pull-ups
32 Kettlebell swings
16 Pull-ups
24 Kettlebell swings
12 Pull-ups
16 Kettlebell swings
8 Pull-ups
8 Kettlebell swings
4 Pull-ups

Extra Work

3 x 15 DB Rows

3 x 10 Back Extensions
