Pause Clean + Clean on the minute for 10:00
The athlete will pause the bar at the bottom of the knees for a minimum of :02 and then finish the pull ending the lift with a clean, followed by a regular full speed clean from the floor.
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
7 Press; 1/2body weight
1 Rope climb; sub 5 Pull-ups + 5 Rope Pulls if unable to climb rope
3 x :30 Side Plank/side
3 x :30 Front Plank; load both variations if necessary
3 x 500m Row; Don’t deviate more than :05
