Weightlifting

Snatch + Hang Snatch on the minute for 10:00; increase weight every 2-4 reps if technique allows

Conditioning

Extra Work

3 x 6 Pendlay Row

3 x 15 Band Pull Aparts
+
3 x 15 Band Face Pulls w/ External Rotation; alternate between these two movements with about a minute of rest.
