Andy Box Jump


Pause Snatch Single; Stop the pull below the knees for at least :02, allow only 1-2 misses
Drop to 60% then Snatch Single


For time:
Double Unders

Extra Work

3 x 6 Pendlay Row

3 x 15 Band Pull Aparts
3 x 15 Band Face Pulls w/ External Rotation; alternate between these two movements with about a minute of rest.
