Snatch to planned 2nd attempt

Clean & Jerk to planned opener

Front Squat to 85% of max

Band facepulls, LIGHT curls, just to get bloodflow into the elbows


Power snatch to 70%

Power Clean to 70%

*percentages based on best power variations

Easy planks, triceps pushdowns


Snatch to opener

Clean & Jerk to final warm-up

Front Squat to C&J opener

LIGHT wrist curls, just get bloodflow


Very light snatch and clean & jerk for multiple sets, just get a bit of a sweat going.  No more than 60%
