Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk 90% x 1 x 5

Conditioning

For time:

75 Sit-ups

150 Squats

75 Sit-ups

Extra Work

Accumulate 25 straight arm to inverted hang; the goal is to pull from a hang from the rings or pullup bar into an inverted hang without bending the arms, bend the arms and/or lower apparatus to scale
