Conditioning

Death by Burpees; With a running clock perform 2 burpees the 1st minute, 4 burpees the 2nd minute, 6 burpees the 3rd minute, etc. until you can no longer keep up with the clock

Extra Work

DB Curls 3×10

5:00 squat test
