Strength

Back Squat 3 x 5; add 5-10lbs. from last Monday

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

15 Box Jumps

9 Knees-to-elbows

6 Shoulder-to-overhead 135/85

Extra Work

Max 100′ Farmers Carry

    Back Squat: 305–Ryan and Josh, thanks for forcing me to concentrate on proper depth. I am not going up in weight until I get it right.

    WOD–7:05–used 95 lbs for shoulder to overhead. More next time.

    Extra Credit–3×100′ Farmers Carry with 135 lbs each hand. 5 minute squat test (Thanks Mike!), posterior chain stretching and planking
