Strength

Back Squat 3 x 5; add 5-10lbs. from last Monday

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

15 Box Jumps

9 Knees-to-elbows

6 Shoulder-to-overhead 135/85

Extra Work

Max 100′ Farmers Carry

    WOD – 5:30 (24″ box, knees to as high as I can, 85 lb shoulder to OH)

    BS 3×5: 315#!! (PR!). So stoked! I remember seeing some super stud do this like a year and a half ago and it seemed impossible!

    Wod: 4:00. Almost broke 4 min. Was hanging with nick through the first round then the box jumps got me. Nice job nick and kent!
