Weightlifting

Every minute on the minute for 10:00 perform 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch, add load if technique allows

Conditioning

Complete 30 Dumb Bell thrusters for time
at the top of each minute complete 2 burpees

Extra Work

3x 500m Row

    Snatch: Worked up to 105 Lbs.

    WOD: 2:47 (35 Lb dumbells)

    Extra Credit: 3x500m on the erg. (1:28.7/1:32.1/1:33.1–1:30.6 Average)–Special Thanks to Patrick and Eugene from Boston, who did the extra credit with me. These pieces are tough and your willingness to jump right into them immediately after finishing the WOD made them much easier!

    Snatch/Hang Snatch just with the “Men’s Bar”

    Conditioning

    = 6:32 (20# DB’s)
