15 DB Push Push
100m backwards run
15 DB on shoulder squats

    Back Squat: 305–Josh, thanks for your encouragement and patience. Thanks to your keen guidance, I finally made it to an acceptable depth! Tre, thanks for jumping in with helpful advice as well.

    WOD: 12:04–yet another workout where I thought I was tough, but clearly was not. Started with 40 Lb dumbells and unceremoniously dropped to 25’s!

    I can’t say enough good things about the 6:00 a.m. class. What a great group of hard working and encouraging athletes! Thank you all so much!

    Today= 115# 😀 (thanks to my barbell buddy!)

    100m backwards run
    15 DB on shoulder squats =8:10
