Back Squat 5 x 5; Add 5-10lbs from 3 x 5 (4/8/12)

Conditioning

AMRAP 15:00

5 HSPU

7 DB Squat Snatch/sd.

14 Walking Lunges

Extra Work

3 sets:

1:00 Plank; add load if necessary

3 x 20 V-ups; short rest between sets on both movements
