Taper Week for NorCal Open on 5/4/2013. If you’re not competing, you can play along from home. You’ll be testing your lifts in a mock meet on Saturday.


Snatch heavy single

Clean & jerk heavy single

Front squat heavy single

Low back/abs


Snatch or power snatch to 70%

Clean & jerk or power clean & jerk to 70%


Snatch to opener

Clean & jerk to last warm-up

Front squat opener C&J


Very light (60% or less) snatch/C&J, get loose.
