Workout of the Day 5/1/2013

Strength

Front Squat 5 x 3; add weight from last 5 x 5

Conditioning

8 Rounds:  Sprint 200m every 2:00

Extra Work

Weighted Walking Lunges 3 x 10; 5 per side, hold pair of dumbbells at the side.  Go HEAVY

Max Weighted Box Jump; just like it sounds, you will hold a pair of dumbbells at your side and perform a box jump.  The goal is to choose a height and see how heavy you can go.
