    Strength: Clean-worked to 70 lb dumbells. Left shoulder was very angry today.
    Conditioning: 13:30–Did 400m rows, 44lb kettlebell swings and Blue/Red band strict pull-ups.
    Extra work: Keith and I each sat on an erg and discussed the misery of a 2k time trial. We concluded that neither of us could attempt the feat after a solid drubbing by Nancy. Stretching and planking.
