    Push Press 3RM: 190 lbs.
    WOD: Made it to number 16 of the second round of burpee pull-ups when the buzzer mercifully tolled 15 the minute time cap. My extra credit took me into the 7:00 classes WOD-there were at least two finishers! Excellent work!
    Extra Credit: 5 sets max strict pull-ups, blue band, 5 sets max reps dumbbell bench w. 55s, stretching and planking.

    WOD: Finished the beast at 14:20, rx’d. Nick from our class finished in 13:35 or something. He’s a stud.
