Weightlifting

Snatch 10 x 1; Perform reps on the minute, increase weight every 2-4 reps

Conditioning

For time:

600m Run

5 Rounds of the following triplet:

15 Kettlebell Swings

12 Toes to bar

9 Handstand Push-ups

then

600m Run

Extra Work

Accumulate 30 barbell rollouts

Back Extension 3 x 10
