Strength

Back Squat 75% x 3 x 5; perform tempo squats, 1 sec. decent, 3 sec. pause at the bottom, 1 sec. ascent, 1 sec. pause at the top of the rep.

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

12 Burpees

9 KTE

6 Shoulder-to-overhead 135/95

Extra Work

AMRAP 10:00

50 Unbroken double unders; choose a set size that is challenging yet doable, if still developing double unders spend 10:00 practicing them.
