5 hang power cleans, 155#/115#

    Snatch: to 125 lbs.
    WOD: 3 rounds + 10 + 10 + 2–Did jumping pullups, Rx’d deadlifts, and 55 lb dumbells for the hanging cleans. Killer!
    Extra Credit: Big thanks to Matt for leading JP, Keith and me in 3 x 1:00 planking, no v-ups for me but I did do 3×20 leg raises–1/2 v’s.
