Strength

Push Press 5 x 5 @ 80% of last weeks 3RM

Conditioning

For time:

800m Run
30 Double Unders
15 Toes-to-Bar
30 Dumbbell Snatch; alternate hands each rep
15 Burpees
30 Walking Overhead Lunge with a single dumbell
15 Tuck Jumps
400m Run

Extra Work

5 x max pull-ups

5 x max ring push-ups
