    Deadlift – 225 lbs-235 lbs-245 lbs
    WOD – fastest was 1:46

    Deadlift: 315-365-375 lbs. Thank you Josh for pushing me a bit and making me mindful of my technique!
    WOD: Used the erg. Average pace for each 400 was 1:32, fastest was 1:31–Times were 1:14+/- and 1:15+/- per 400m. Today was definitely an old school crew workout. Ah the good old days!
    Extra Credit: Stretching and planking

    WOD – First run 1:44 fastest, then they just got slower. Eck!
