Clean and Jerk 10-10-10; similar to barbell complex, unbroken sets of 10, touch and go on the floor

Extra Work

3 x 10 Hanging Leg Raise

3 x 10 Back Extensions

    Snatch: Heavy Single = 125 lbs, 90% = 115 lbs.
    WOD: Used dumbells (bone spur in shoulder) 35/45/50 lbs.
    Extra Work: 3×10 Back Extensions, then stretching and shoulder mobility work. Thank you Kieth and Matt for encouraging the extra work today!
