    Bench press: 225#…only 50# undertake 5rm. But I am still smoked after Monday. I guess not lifting things up and putting them down for a month has some consequences!

    Wod: 6:54. Nice job Cyrus, Dave, mike and Everyone else and way to coach Athena!!
