Weightlifting

3 Position Clean (floor, low hang, high hang); this is a 3 clean set, one from each position

Conditioning

5 Sets:

5 DB Power Clean and Push Press

Run 200-400m

Rest 2:00

Extra Work

Weighted Step-ups 3 x 5 on 24″; alternate legs, either hold a pair of dumbbells at the side or a loaded bar on your back

Barbell Rollout 3 x 10
