Conditioning

    WOD – 10:08 Rx

    Back Squat: 295 lbs.
    WOD: 8:50–Used 55 lb dumbells and did single unders
    Extra work: Stretching, mobility and planking.
    With the aspiring Crossfit Team members, On Ramp, and the 6:00 am class all working out at the same time, the energy was amazing! What a way to start Friday!!!!
