Halting Clean Deadlift + Touch-and-Go Clean + Jerk, build to max then drop 5kg for 2-4 more sets

Back Squat 5×3 for guys, 8×3 for girls

*Add load from 6/3/2013

5×10 weighted situps

Strength Group:

Power Snatch doubles ascending to 2RM

Push Press 5RM

Technique Group:

No Hands/No Feet Snatch 90%x2x5

Jerk from blocks, build to max

All:

5×5 Pendlay Row, use top set from 6/4/2013

4×15 back extensions, add load if desired

Snatch + Low Hang Snatch + High Hang Snatch, 5 sets

Clean + Low Hang Clean + High Hang Clean, 5 sets

*Use 95% of top set from 6/5/2013

Front Squat 6×2 for guys, 10×2 for girls

Accumulate 200′ plank walk

Practice Skin-The-Cats & back levers
