    Rack Jerk: 205 Lbs. Thanks Coach Cris for your insight on this one.
    WOD: 14:40–Chris T., Paul 9000 and I all finished within 10 seconds of each other on this one with no youngsters in sight. Way to go at it guys! Coaches Cris and Tre thanks so much for the encouragement! It means a lot to us O.L.D. guys
    Extra work: 10 minute squat test, mobility and planking.
