Weightlifting

Snatch from 2nd Position (hang or 2 pos scale for athlete) every min on the min for 15 min

Conditioning

50 DB Thrusters
At the top of every min 5 jumping squats

Extra Work

10 min working on headstand holds on wrestling mat
5x 2 Touch and go rope climbs
