    Push Press: 140 Lbs.
    WOD: 10:03–Yesterday’s squat volume did a number on my lower back. Coach Josh came up with an alternate WOD for me that was perfect and had me leaving the gym with a much happier lower back than when I started. It was 21-15-9, Overhead Squats and Front Squats. Josh, thank you so much! Crossfit Monterey is the best!!
    Extra work: Planking front and sides, 3×12 DB Bench @ 60 lbs, 3×20 DB Flys @ 15 lbs., Thank you Kieth!
