    Snatch: 135 lbs.
    WOD: 9:13–Man was it humid! A Gloomy June morning was in full force!
    Extra work: DB Curls: 4×8@50 lbs., DB Skull Crushers 4×8@35, and mobility work. Thanks to Elizabeth for teaming up on the extra work!
