Strength

Back Squat 90% x 3 x 5; % based off last 3RM

Conditioning

5 Rounds for reps:
1:00 DB Hang Power Clean
1:00 DB Front Squat
1:00 DB Push Press
1:00 Rest

Extra Work

Not for time:
3 sets:
15 3-direction wrist curls
15 Bicep curls
15 Band pressdown
*This is intended to generate blood flow (that pump) to the smaller elbow and wrist joints to help aid in recovery. Keep the weights light.
