Workout of the Day 7/18/2013


Snatch Grip RDL 5-5-5 in between each set perform 3-5 Snatch grip pull ups (strict); rest a minimum of 2 min between RDL sets


Every min on the Min for 10 min Perform 2 Front squats with a moderately heavy weight.  The remainder of the minute perform max hand-release push ups, your score will equal the total number of push ups you accumulate

Extra Work

Weighted ring dips 5-5-5

Accumulate 30 strict toe to bar or 30 strict knee to elbows

Jerk From blocks 2-2-2-2
