Strength

Deadlift 2 reps every min for 8 min

Conditioning

For time:

10-8-6-4-2

Back squat 225/135

2 rope climbs between each set or 10 CTB pullups

Extra Work

-3 Sets weighted pistols add slighted more then last week/ 3 sets of 10 true pushups
