Strength

Deadlift 90%x2 of 1RM every min on the min for 8 min

Conditioning

For time:

10-8-6-4-2

Back squat 225/135

2 rope climbs between each set or 10 CTB pullups

Extra Work

-3 Sets weighted pistols add slighted more then last week/ 3 sets of 10 true pushups

    Deadlifts: 315 lbs.
    WOD: 225 lbs. for the squats and red and blue bands for the strict pull ups. Oh how I wish I could take nap time today! Great workout and class today!!
    Extra Work: 3 x 10 true pullups and mobility work.
