Conditioning

For Time:

Run 1 mile then 3 Rounds

14 CTB pull ups

7 HSPU (or 14 HR push ups)

Extra Work

-Pistol Assistance work for 8 min or Max pistols in 1min

-Skull Crushers 6×6 (heavy)

-GHD Sit ups 3×15 (partial ROM or Full RoM
