Extra Work

-Max HSPU (without coming off wall)

– Front Plank 30sec x 4 rest 1 min between efforts

– Side Plank (both) :30 x 4 rest 1 min between efforts

    Back Squat: 350 Lbs. (PR)
    WOD: 16:45–Used the erg and, again, thought I was tough: 1st set @ 95, 2d set @ 85, last three sets @ 75.
    Extra Work: The planking, then mobility work.
    Yet another great Monday with Crossfit Monterey!

    BS: 315#. 10# under pr but haven’t squatted in a long time.
    Wod: 18:57. That was hard.

    Ran 10k this morning.

    Thank you Joshua! Excellent work yourself. You would have had 350 no problem if you didn’t run that 10k. Don’t you know running is bad for you?! LOL
