Clean max double (3-5 sec at most between reps, only enough time to reset)

Conditioning

For Time:

14-12-10-8-6-4-2

Kettle bell swings (72lb/44lb)

Burpees

Extra Work

-Muscle up progression (work on turnover or strength on the ring dip) 10 min

– Max muscle ups x3 attemps max or Pull-ups

-DB Rows 5×9 Per arm
